Installation & Implementation
When new software is purchased, our Application Consultants will install our software on your system and make sure that all components are functioning for your use. Training is also given at this time to ensure basic understanding of program functionality. When new computers are purchased, we can also come back for installation and configuration.

Conversions
Conversion services are available for new clients who are switching from a different software system or for existing customer that would like to merge data held in a different system into ours. We will just need to see the data for format and content before an estimate can be given. Please contact us for more information.

On-site Training
If you are in need of a refresher or are adding a new employee, we offer on-site or off-site training for one person or a small group.

Custom Software Changes
Contact us to have additional features added to our existing system or to add information onto reports or extracts, or to add a new report. We will make changes to the system so that it is functional for your municipality and others.

Bill Format Creation
If new bills are purchased and they do not seem to match existing bill formats within our system, just send us a sample and we can create it for you to use in our systems.

Software Support
Our annual software service agreement includes unlimited technical support. TRIO's hours are 8:30am-5pm. Click here for additional information about our software support services.
