Voter Registration

The TRIO Software Voter Registration System has been developed to make the tasks of entering voter and election participation information, printing voter lists and generating all of the newly required reports as simple and straightforward as possible.

Features Include

Listings
You may generate Voter Lists by name, voter number or street. These lists may be broken down by election participation and you may specify what information is to be printed.

Reports
Produces NVRA (National Voter Registration Act) Activity reports, Outstanding CACC/AVN/ACK (Change of Address Confirmation Card/Address Verification Notice/Voter Registration Acknowledgement Notice) reports, Date Reports (Voter Registration Activity by Date) and Duplicate Registration reports.

Labels
Generates Voter Labels by name, voter number, ward or street. You may choose a complete list, a range of voters or print a label for an individual voter. Labels may be printed based on election participation or based on dates of change or addition to the system.
